I have worked in estate agency for more than twenty years.

During that time, I have had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell homes across Scotland. From first-time buyers finding their first home to families selling homes they have lived in for decades.

Those years have given me a very clear idea of what exceptional estate agency should look like. Ultimately, that is what led me to create Fraser Stewart Estate Agents.

I believe that when someone asks you to sell their home, they are placing a great deal of trust in you. It is often their most valuable asset. The decisions made during a sale can have a real impact on what happens next in their lives. That responsibility should never be taken lightly.

For me, exceptional estate agency starts with understanding the person, the property and what they are trying to achieve. It means giving honest advice, even when that advice is not necessarily what someone expected to hear. It means taking the time to get the details right. It means being available when you are needed.

When selling a home, I believe three things make a real difference:
presentation, strategy and negotiation.

Presentation is about showing a home at its very best. It is about making sure its qualities are properly understood.

Strategy is about knowing how to position that home in the market, how to launch it and how to respond as interest develops.

Negotiation is about representing the seller properly when it matters most. It is about working to achieve the strongest possible outcome.

Buyers matter too. I believe they should be treated with the same professionalism and respect, with straightforward communication and a genuine effort to understand what they are looking for. The best estate agency brings buyers and sellers together. It manages that relationship properly from the first enquiry through to a successful sale.

Why Fraser Stewart Estate Agents?

I started Fraser Stewart Estate Agents because I wanted to build the kind of agency I would want representing my own home.

I did not want to create a business focused on having the most properties on the market. I wanted to create one focused on how well each property is represented and how well each client is looked after.

That means taking pride in the quality of our marketing. It means thinking carefully about the strategy behind every sale, communicating properly and negotiating with purpose. It also means never becoming so busy that the individual client or property becomes just another number.

As Fraser Stewart Estate Agents grows, I want those principles to remain at the heart of the business. The people who join us should share them. Our clients should be able to see them in the way we work.

My ambition for Fraser Stewart Estate Agents is simple.
